What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, phone number, the topic you choose and your message. Along with them we record the time, your IP address and your browser type, which help us spot and block automated spam.

Like almost every website, our web server also keeps a standard access log of each request: the page requested, the time, your IP address, your browser type and the page that referred you. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to do that work. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone for their marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The security services described below may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse.

Services that help us run the site

Cloudflare delivers this website and protects it from attacks. Its Turnstile service checks contact form submissions to tell people from bots, and processes information about your browser and device to do so. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy. Messages from the contact form reach us by email through Microsoft 365.

How long we keep it

Web server access logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks. Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
