Our story

Why We Started

Plenty of good businesses, run by capable owners, are held back by work that should be easier. Some have strong customer relationships and outdated systems. Others have plenty of software and no clear process behind it.

Help often comes in pieces, with one firm for the website and another for the computers. That can leave nobody looking at the whole business, or staying long enough to make the changes stick.

So we built a company that looks at the whole business and stays to do the work. It pairs leadership shaped in the fire service with a technologist's habit of seeing how the pieces of a business connect. Together we can understand a business, make a plan and carry it out.

Three Alarm refers to the way fire officers call for more help as a situation grows. It describes how we work, not what we sell. What we do is help businesses grow, run better and use technology well, and bring in the right help when a business is ready for its next stage.
